Serving Opportunities

The local mercy team helps the broken and needy that God puts before us within the congregation and in our local community.  Service opportunities exist in partnership with Lighthouse Ministries, Parker Street Ministries, A Woman's Choice, Highland City and through service projects led by Christ Community Community Groups.
 

DISASTER RELIEF TEAM

The Disaster Relief Team serves locally and throughout the US. The team is ready to mobilize and assist others with a truck, trailer, tools and a team of experienced servants.

The International Missions Team exists to humbly serve and support missionaries outside the United States through prayer, short term missions teams, friendship and financial support.  To learn more about the missionaries we support in Nicaragua, Robbie and Murray Lathrop, click here www.nicanews.org.
 

The Church Planting Team provides prayer, encouragement and financial assistance to pastors throughout the local area and eastern seaboard who are called to plant new churches. Currently we support new churches in Winter Haven, FL (Drew Bennett); Orlando, FL (Ted Sinn); and Brooklyn, NY (John Sweet).
 

The Facilities Team sets up and breaks down furniture and equipment on Sunday mornings at Highland City Elementary School in preparation for Sunday worship.

The Children's Ministry Team serves in the nursery, preschool and elementary school classrooms; trained teachers, aids and teen assistants ensure that our youngest attenders hear and learn about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  To see a current schedule for Kid's Worship Volunteers, click here link.
 

The Assimilation Team welcomes newcomers and regular attenders alike, helping them plug into the CCPC community through community group lunches, church-wide socials, Sunday morning worship, and more.  To see a current calendar of upcoming events, click here (link under construction).
